Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Items in original, unworn condition
- Items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging (where applicable)
Non-Eligible Items
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Items without original tags
- Accessories and limited edition drops
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@dripwave.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.
